Our Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction but in the unlikely event you receive a defective or faulty product, we will take care of it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Providing your invoice number will be sufficient as we keep sales records.

Please do not send your purchase back until you have made contact with us, so we can provide you with instructions.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, any item not in its original condition, or has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund. 

Returns are not accepted for refund for change of mind. The consumer is responsible for reviewing products weight, dimensions and specifications. If you have any questions about our products please contact us prior to purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 14-21 days for processing your return.


We only replace items if they are defective or faulty. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your product.


Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be paid for by you.
